Need to send something back or find a better fit? Request a Return through your MISFITIZEN account, or contact us for help. For an Exchange, reach out to our team directly.
Requesting a Return
01 / Sign in
Select “Request a Return” above and sign in to your MISFITIZEN account using the email address associated with your order.
02 / Choose your order
Open the order you’d like to return and submit a return request for the eligible item. Please request your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
03 / We’ll take it from there
We’ll review your request and, once approved, arrange a free reverse pickup. Keep the item unworn, unwashed, and unused, with its original tags and packaging intact. After it reaches us and passes its quality check, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of return approval via electronic payment transfer.

Requesting an Exchange
Exchanges can’t be requested through your MISFITIZEN account. Email us instead with your order number, the item you have, and the size, colour, or product you’d like. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup. After your item arrives and passes its quality check, we’ll process the exchange. If your chosen item costs more or less, we’ll settle the difference in price.
Good to know
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with their tags and packaging intact.
- Reverse pickup, return shipping, and exchange shipping are free.
- Customized items and products marked Final Sale aren’t eligible.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
