  • Ordered a shirt that says "Nap Queen" but you're secretly a productivity powerhouse? Refund it!
  • Bought a pair of pants that scream "Jungle Adventure" but you only conquer the fridge? Refund it!

Here's how it works:

1. Channel your inner Houdini: Within 7 days of receiving your order, make your MISFIT magic disappear – keep it unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact (like, duh!).
2. Ping us a message: Let our MISFIT crew know you're returning your loot. We'll arrange a reverse pickup for you, that's like a magic carpet ride back to our headquarters.
3. Kick back and relax: Once your return arrives, we'll do a quick quality check (just to make sure you didn't try to sneak in your grandma's old socks) and bam! Your refund hits your account within 5 business days. Easy as a high five with a T-Rex!

Remember:

  • This rockin' refund policy applies to all MISFIT merch, except for customized items and anything marked as "final sale."
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless, of course, it was our fault the package got lost in the Bermuda Triangle of deliveries).
  • Be kind to your fellow MISFITs and return your items in the same condition you received them. We like good karma around here.
  • We’re all for second chances, but here’s the deal: exchanges are a one-time magic trick per order. If you decide to swap one or more items in your order for something new, we’ve got you covered. But once your exchanged items land in your hands, the curtain closes – no encore exchanges for that order. So, make your picks wisely and let the MISFIT magic begin!
