Delivery Timelines
Get your MISFIT gear in no time! We print and pack your orders on demand within 3-4 business days. Your order then embarks on an exciting journey with our shipping partners, taking 2-5 days to reach its destination, depending on your location. That's a total turnaround time of 5-9 days before your new faves land at your doorstep.

COD Orders
Confirmation Required
To ensure smooth processing of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require COD confirmation before shipping.

- Once you place a COD order, you will receive a Confirmation Message via WhatsApp.
- Following the message you can confirm or cancel the order.
- Only confirmed COD orders will be shipped. If we do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, the order will not be processed.
This process helps prevent unverified orders and ensures a seamless delivery experience.
COD Availability & Charges

- COD availability depends on the service coverage of our courier partners. If COD is not available for your location, we recommend completing your order with an online payment option.
- A non-refundable handling fee of ₹59 applies to all COD orders.Â

Delivery Details
Since we team up with amazing shipping partners, your delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and the chosen mode of transport (air or surface). Remember, different couriers might have slightly different delivery timeframes. We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date on your tracking page, but think of it as a friendly heads-up – your package might arrive a little earlier or later.

Delivery Attempts and Returns
Our couriers try their best to get your MISFIT magic to you. They'll attempt delivery three times by default. If they can't reach you, don't worry! We'll hold onto your order for a while. However, if you request a cancellation after an unsuccessful attempt, we won't be able to send your package out again. After three failed attempts, your order will automatically return to us.
Damaged or Missing Items
Uh oh, package mishap? If your order arrives with battle scars, refuse delivery and let us know within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Remember, courier partners only entertain damage claims with negative remarks on the delivery proof. We'll get you sorted with a replacement or refund, pronto!
For missing items, raise the alarm within 24 hours of the delivery attempt. We'll do our best to track down your missing MISFIT treasure.
Undelivered Orders
If your order gets lost in the delivery labyrinth for some mysterious reason and returns to us, we'll process a refund for the retail price. Just note that the refund might take up to 7-9 days, as we wait for the logistics partner to confirm.
